Our Career Mode involves a new pilot applying to JSV and getting accepted. Once the pilot application has been approved and that the pilot has been accepted into the VA, the pilot would be given his/her pilot badge and a callsign, along with the necessary documents. Following that, the pilot would be required to perform a check ride with the Chief Pilot. Once the pilot has been assessed and passes the check ride, the pilot would receive another pilot badge and will be allowed to start flying for JSV! Upon reaching the next rank, the pilot will be contacted and be required to perform a check ride with the aircraft he/she is ranking up to. This step will be repeated until the pilot reaches the highest rank in the VA. Along the way, pilots can unlock different codeshares with several other VAs.
